א ِ ו …Ɏǝƺȸ ɀɎƏǸƺǝȒǼƳƺȸɀ As part of its mission to protect the general public from the health risks of ionising radiation, ASN cooperates closely with other competent institutional stakeholders addressing health issues. א ِ ו ِ׏ Áǝƺ zƏɎǣȒȇƏǼ ǕƺȇƬɵ ǔȒȸ Ɏǝƺ ³ƏǔƺɎɵ Ȓǔ xƺƳǣƬƏɎǣȒȇ ƏȇƳ RƺƏǼɎǝ ¨ȸȒƳɖƬɎɀ The National Agency for the Safety of Medication and Health ŅłķňĶŇņ Ҏ ҏ ŊĴņ ĶŅĸĴŇĸķ łŁ ӄׇ ĴŌ ӅӃӄӅє Ļĸ ё Ĵ public body reporting to the Ministry of Health, has taken up ŇĻĸ ķňŇļĸņ łĹ ŇĻĸ ŅĸŁĶĻ ĸĴĿŇĻ ŅłķňĶŇņ ĴĹĸŇŌ ĺĸŁĶŌ Ҏ ĹņņĴŃņҏ and has been given other new responsibilities. Its key role is to offer patients equitable access to innovation and to guarantee the safety of health products throughout their life cycle, from initial testing through to monitoring after receiving marketing authorisation. The ASN-ANSM convention was renewed on Ӆӊׇ ňŁĸ ӅӃӄӊє א ِ ו ِ א IȸƺȇƬǝ zƏɎǣȒȇƏǼ ɖɎǝȒȸǣɎɵ ǔȒȸ RƺƏǼɎǝ Ļĸ ŅĸŁĶĻ ĴŇļłŁĴĿ ňŇĻłŅļŇŌ ĹłŅ ĸĴĿŇĻ Ҏ ҏё ĴŁ ļŁķĸŃĸŁķĸŁŇ ĴķŀļŁļņŇŅĴŇļʼnĸ ňŇĻłŅļŇŌ ĶŅĸĴŇĸķ ĵŌ ŇĻĸ ŅĸŁĶĻ łʼnĸŅŁŀĸŁŇ in 2004, is tasked primarily with maintaining an equitable health system and with improving patient care.
