Information notice

In accordance with the action plan of 25 July 2012, ASN published a national action plan on 20 December 2012 for implementation of the recommendations resulting from the stress tests performed on Europe's nuclear reactors in the wake of the Fukushima disaster.

All of the national action plans published by the European States are currently undergoing a process of “peer review”. This consists in a cross examination of each national action plan by all the European safety regulators. This peer review process will be closed by a seminar, from 22 to 26 April 2013. In order to prepare for this seminar, ENSREG is offering the general public an opportunity to submit comments and questions on its website as of today, and up until 15 March 2013. All of these questions and comments will be considered by the ENSREG1 reviewers taking part in the seminar.

The conclusions of the peer review seminar will be made public on the ENSREG website and then presented at the next ENSREG conference, on 11 and 12 June 2013 in Brussels.
